TITLE:  Customer Service Specialist/ Cashier

DURATION:  Long-term, with a probation period of 3 months.

LOCATION:  Yerevan, Armenia

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Idram LLC is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and results-oriented candidates for the position of Customer Service Specialist/ Cashier. The working hours are from 10:00 to 19:00, 5 days a week.

- Handle cash transactions for various types of services (utilities, taxes, loans, etc.);
- Provide assistance to customers about available services;
- Perform cash-out transactions from Idram wallets;
- Perform customers verification in Idram system;
- Document and report about realized transactions;
- Consult customers to start using Idram wallet;

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field;
- Work experience, preferably in the relevant field;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Team work abilities;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Advanced computer skills; knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages.
