LOCATION:  Yerevan, Armenia

JOB DESCRIPTION:  WolvesBP, a US-based company, is in need of a highly motivated Freight Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, specifically with regard to customer satisfaction. Taking customer service seriously, the Company encourages repeat business among its customers. Everyone in the Logistics Department is responsible for responding immediately to customer questions and complaints. Staying on top of all accounts and coordinating with other departments are essential qualities to possess in this position.

- Facilitate the dispatching of loads from one destination to another by accurately and promptly inputting order information in the system;
- Dispatch freight for delivery and arrange for pickups;
- Provide daily follow-up and status updates to customers regarding shipments;
- Answer phone calls and provide necessary information in professional manner;
- Build a favorable and professional Company image through phone interaction and account management;
- Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with no delay;
- Negotiate with customers and other involved parties to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction;
- Record shipment data such as weight, charges, special requirements, damages or other details;
- Fill necessary documentation for closing the deal with the customer;
- Strictly follow Company business processes;
- Rectify problems such as damages, delays and non-conformance to specifications;
- Document and escalate any customer service issues and/ or shipping/ receiving errors to management;
- Complete and provide reports to the management when required;
- Perform other domain-related tasks as assigned by the management.

- Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and oral;
- Strong negotiations and sales skills;
- Proactive problem-solving skills;
- Ability to handle a volume of 70-80 calls per day;
- Detail-oriented person with an ability to track multiple processes simultaneously;
- Computer-savvy and data entry skills;
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, with people of different nationalities and backgrounds;
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to strictly follow verbal and written instructions;
- Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations;
- Highly energetic and motivated person.

REMUNERATION/ SALARY:  Highly competitive
