TITLE:  Executive/ Administrative Assistant

DURATION:  Permanent, with a probation period of up to 3 months.

LOCATION:  Yerevan, Armenia

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Baker Tilly Armenia CJSC is looking for a candidate to fill the position of Executive/ Administrative Assistant who will assist the executive management with administrative issues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out administrative tasks to assist the executive management;
- Support the executive management in creating, editing and translating documents. Proofread and prepare clean copy documents including correspondence, reports, drafts and emails;
- Assist the executive management in maintaining client relationships, including handling client acquisition processes such as preparation of various offers tender applications;
- Manage records, incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Provide administrative support for the organization of events and meetings;
- Update and add new content to the Company's website, Facebook and LinkedIn pages;
- Perform a variety of clerical and secretarial tasks, including scheduling meetings and appointments, answering telephone calls and inquiries;
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the executive management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education; university degree in a relevant field;
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably with international environment exposure;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Armenian and English languages; knowledge of Russian language would be a big plus;
- Creativity, proven record of Facebook, and other social network creative postings/ publications;
- Computer literacy: strong experience of working with MS Office programs;
- Proven experience in translation in Armenian and English languages would be a major asset;
- Proven experience in maintaining client relationships would be a major asset;
- Excellent interpersonal/ social and communication skills;
- Extremely detail-oriented and attentive personality;
- High sense of responsibility, accuracy, commitment and a "can-do" attitude;
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
