TITLE:  Restaurant Manager

LOCATION:  Yerevan, Armenia


- Coordinate Restaurant management operations on a daily basis;
- Organize and supervise shifts;
- Responsible for promoting and marketing the business;
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints;
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors;
- Organize weddings, birthday parties, etc.,
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses;
- Set targets;
- Make improvements to the running of the business and development of the Restaurant.

- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager;
- Higher education;
- Good knowledge of Russian and English languages will be a plus;
- Familiarity with restaurant management software;
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Communication skills;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Flexibility;
- Teamwork skills;
- Good interpersonal skills.
