TITLE: Customer Support Specialist
LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia
JOB DESCRIPTION: As a member of the Company's Support team, the Customer Support Specialist will be playing a key role to give website users the best experience they ever will have. The incumbent be working in a team together with other people and departments to assist and reach out to the customers by chat and email.
- Higher education;
- Previous experience in a similar position or in a customer service is a plus;
- Strong written communication skills in English language; knowledge of another language is an advantage;
- Advanced user of Internet and PC;
- Awesome people skills;
- Service-minded approach;
- Great attention to details;
- A self-motivated go-getter who likes to get things done;
- Readiness to take on additional responsibilities;
- Willingness to work shifts;
- Previous experience in Forex and/ or betting industry will be considered as an advantage.
REMUNERATION/ SALARY: Starting from 150,000 AMD (Gross) plus bonuses.
