"Fora Premium" LLC is looking for a competent specialist for the position of Administrative Assistant, who will be responsible for various administrative tasks.
- Conduct correspondence;
- Responsible for interpretation of business documentation (languages: English, Russian, Armenian);
- Organize events, meetings as needed;
- Book hotels, flights, transportations;
- Responsible for basic financial operations (making transfers through online banking system);
- Prepare reports (MS PowerPoint basic skills).
- University degree in Business Administration is preferred;
- At least 5 years of experience in Administrative Support position;
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask;
- Attention to details, punctual and well organized personality with good manners and knowledge of business etiquette;
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize work;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to interact at all levels of company staff;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Computer skills: Demonstrated proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite software.
