JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
Fund for Armenian Relief, Armenian Branch is looking for a Finance and Administrative Assistant to join its team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Make bank transfers;
- Prepare contracts with suppliers and beneficiary organizations;
- Prepare monthly financial reports on the expenses incurred;
- To be involved in the procurement process;
- Regularly follow up the terms of the contracts, submit information about overdue reports, payments to the management;
- Carry out the proper filing of financial documents;
- Participate in the annual inventory process;
- To be involved in the annual audit process;
- Check the reports submitted by the beneficiary organizations;
- If necessary, prepare handover certificates of goods to be distributed to the beneficiaries, ensure all necessary handover certificates are attached to the relevant invoices;
- To perform other tasks given by his/her superiors/country director, financial director/ within the scope of the position held.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience;
- Good knowledge of English language;
- Excellent knowledge of computer programs, particularly MS Excel;
- Multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
