JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
SEF International Universal Credit Organization LLC is seeking a Head of IT Department. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the IT team. He/ she will make suggestions for improving and managing existing automation systems, information technologies infrastructure, updating IT policies and manuals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Carry out the ongoing management of the IT team in order to maintain the proper performance of all IT systems;
- Take full responsibility for the operation of information systems;
- Participate in different brainstorming sessions and cooperate with other departments and branches;
- Ensure that IT-related internal procedures and regulations are designed properly;
- Control and evaluate the effectiveness of information systems and make recommendations for improvement and necessary changes;
- Manage the daily activities of network administrators and organize the necessary trainings;
- Carry out user trainings.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- 3 years of experience in IT management;
- Programming skills, particularly in web development;
- Knowledge of C# (.NET technologies MVC, WebForms, RestAPI);
- Knowledge Python (Django) is a plus;
- AS Bank skills;
- MS SQL skills; knowledge of T-SQL is a plus;
- Knowledge of IT standards and procedures; experience in writing policies.
