JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
Avenue Consulting LLC is now hiring a Project Manager who will be responsible for identification of project opportunities for the Company, compiling tender application packages, design of technical and financial proposals, managing of projects implemented by the Company, development of client offers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Identify tender/ project opportunities in the areas of Company’s interest;
- Develop tender application packages, including Expression of Interests, Technical and Financial Proposals;
- Develop commercial offers for potential private clients;
- Manage projects implemented by the Company under supervision of Management of the Company;
- Participate in elaboration of deliverables of projects/ assignments implemented by the Company;
- Implement other tasks assigned by the Company management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Administration or a related area;
- At least 2 years of experience in the project management field;
- Familiarity with donor organisations activities in Armenia;
- Knowledge of project management methods and tools;
- Professional fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner;
- Negotiation skills;
- Time management skills;
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure;
- Competitive intelligence.
