JOB DESCRIPTION : 

Epiroc Armenia is looking for an energetic and proactive Receptionist/ Assistant to the General Manager to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES : 

- Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety;
- Manage recruitment administration at all levels of the organization;
- Partner with Management to maintain office policies as necessary;
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events;
- Provide visa support for incoming guests, organize business trips for employees (tickets ordering, hotel reservation, etc.);
- Organise professional translation and notarizing of documents through appropriate organizations if required;
- Take on new responsibilities as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : 

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role;
- Advanced knowledge of English and Russian;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask;
- Effective oral and written communication skills;
- HR administration skills.
