JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
"Acti Group" LLC, service provider to ''GSK'' LLC, is looking for a Sales Analyst. The role is to support business in terms of analytics and systems (CRM, Data Bases, Power BI), simplify processes in reports creation, drive Power BI implementation; drive developing of reporting in general, support CRM systems and all its users, take part in business planning/ forecasting to drive business growth. This role will provide the incumbent the opportunity to lead key activities to progress his/ her career.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for data processing and analysis at all levels of sales (Sell-in/ Sell-out/ Consumption);
- Prepare reports for Sales/ Marketing and other departments. Big focus on Power BI;
- Responsible for planning/ forecasting of sales in different views (region/ SR/ products, etc.), bonus calculation for Sales team;
- Maintain and update databases for the reports preparation (database of pharmacies, other directories);
- Develop and implement automated data processing;
- Maintain the current CRM-system, support for users, provide trainings and instructions to use CRM;
- Manage the TSM process;
- Perform other job-related tasks on request.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Bachelor's degree;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent Excel skills;
- Good understanding of and practice with VBA;
- Good collaboration and influencing skills;
- Good Power BI, CRM knowledge;
- Upper-intermediate level of English language.
