ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ

CRRC-Armenia is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented and committed Finance and Operations Assistant. This is an opportunity to participate in and contribute to a range of activities within various programs that the Foundation implements. The incumbent will report to the Administrative Director and will provide support to finance and operations activities.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ
: 
- Provide logistic and recruitment support in the implementation of ongoing programs - research, trainings, and fellowships;
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations and maintenance of the CRRC-Armenia office;
- Ensure the operation of CRRC-Armenia equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, keeping associated records, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment needs;
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors;
- Assist the Administrative Director in maintaining communication with outsourced transportation, accounting and IT services;
- Arrange postal services;
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail;
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc;
- Make travel and lodging arrangements for the staff (including the fieldwork staff) such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant, make venue and other reservations;
- Draft service and other contracts;
- Draft, edit and format respective memos, announcements, forms, and other texts and documentation;
- Translate relevant texts and documentation;
- Assist in budgeting processes and financial analysis;
- Assist with accounting, bookkeeping, invoicing, subscriptions, procurement and payment preparations;
- Assist in the preparation of External and Project Audit paperwork;
- Perform other duties as needed.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ
: 
- University degree preferably in accounting and finances, management and business administration;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills;
- Fluency in both Armenian and English (good knowledge of Russian is desirable);
- Strong internet skills;
- A positive can-do attitude;
- Ability to work with numbers and pick up financial and operational processes quickly;
- Ability to manage a busy and varied workload;
- Ability and desire to work in a multi-task environment with diverse program directions;
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines to support the CRRC-Armenia team in the operations of the organization;
- Willingness to enhance knowledge through on-the-job training and personal initiative;
- Similar experience in academic, private, government or NGO sectors is an advantage.
