ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ : 

HSH Consulting is currently seeking a smart and determined Junior Lawyer to join its team. The Junior Lawyer is responsible for a variety of professional functions. The qualified applicant should be a good team player, have a strong desire for professional growth, able to follow directions, work well in a fast-paced environment, punctual, and highly attentive to details.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ : 

- Prepare and review various types of contracts, agreements in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Type, revise and proofread general correspondence, memos, legal documents;
- Collect all possible information, evidence and documentation that will help to build a lawsuit;
- Organize an effective daily flow of postal envelopes/ letters into and out of office;
- Request various types of documents from the state institutions on behalf of clients;
- Coordinate and maintain effective office procedures and efficient workflow;
- Maintain calendar and monitor crucial due dates for senior lawyers as required;
- Provide administrative support to the senior lawyers;
- Handle communication with clients.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ : 

- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies;
- 1-2 years of professional experience; internship in the field of law is acceptable;
- Possession of advocate's license of RA is a privilege;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Ability to make quick decisions, to orientate in problematic situations;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Attention to details.
