ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ : 

InScope LLC is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Office Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, including handling mailboxes, phone calls, and administrative tasks.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ : 

- Manage and respond to office mailboxes and phone calls efficiently;
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow;
- Manage and update social media pages on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn;
- Assist in the creation and implementation of SMM strategies;
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and task management;
- Assist in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ : 

- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role;
- Proficiency in using Google Docs, Sheets, and other Google tools;
- Knowledge of social media management and strategies;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team;
- Knowledge of SMM is a plus.
