ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ :
TelCell CJSC is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, who will closely work with and coordinate its creative team. Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for the Company's success, so this position plays a crucial role in achieving its business goals and objectives.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ :
- Plan, test, and execute digital marketing campaigns in all necessary platforms;- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy;
- Coordinate and develop the digital marketing team;
- Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels;
- Measure ROI and KPIs;
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget;
- Assist in the strategic development of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.);
- Manage paid mobile search and display advertising;
- Coordinate the campaigns of Email marketing, SMM, Messengers’ marketing and push notifications;
- Run campaigns utilizing growth hacking, A/B and multivariate testing;
- Develop and execute App Store Optimization strategies;
- According to existing law and regulations take responsibilities which reasonably may be required from time to time.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ :
- Bachelor's and/ or master’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing and/ or other related fields;- At least 3 years of relevant experience;
- Strong analytical skills, familiarity with Google Analytics, FireBase, AppsFlyer and/ or AppFollow;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Strong understanding of customer and market trends;
- Data-driven direct ROI performance reporting/ analysis;
- Expertise in campaign optimization tactics for CPA, CPC, CPI, and revenue sharing models;
- Technical SEO and SEM skills and experience with App Store Optimization;
- Ability to work within deadlines, under pressure, and in different directions simultaneously;
- Good time-management skills.
