The Social Investment and Local Development (SILD) Project is to be implemented by the Armenian Territorial Development Fund (ATDF) established through restructuring of the Armenian Social Development Fund (ASIF). ATDF is created by the Government Decree #1521, dated December 24, 2014 on the basis of Armenian Social Investment Fund (ASIF).
