ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ
: 
KPMG Armenia is looking for an Administrative Specialist to perform a variety of interesting tasks in the spheres of administration and human resources management.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ
: 
Work to perform includes but is not limited to the following:
- Contribute to efficient functioning of Administrative Department by providing timely, high quality administrative and secretarial assistance and support;
- Deal with visitors, incoming and outgoing correspondence, messages;
- Print, bind, file relevant documents and coordinate archiving process;
- Arrange business trips;
- Prepare job announcements for advertisement sources;
- Maintain internal recruitment system (CVs, arrangements of interviews and testing, reports)
- Be involved in attraction programs: interaction with universities, participation in career days and job fairs;
- Ensure accurate organization and administration of internal and external trainings and recording of attendances.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ
: 
- University degree;
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant field;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and organization skills;
- Strong writing and presentation skills;
- Skilled user of MS Office;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages, both written and spoken.
