ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ

KPMG Armenia is looking for an Experienced Assistant to join the Advisory Department.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ
: 
Work to perform includes but is not limited to:
- Assist the group to perform transaction services assignments, mostly, due diligence;
- Communicate with clients, collect information, assist in conducting detailed financial analysis, and report on findings;
- Analyze Target’s operations, including financial position and financial performance, and provide key findings;
- Identify risks and opportunities for the purchaser;
- Be able to work in a virtual data room environment and formulate questions to the Target;
- Assist on preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, and other project-related documentation;
- Prepare presentations and pitch materials for potential clients;
- Assist in drafting contracts and other project-related/ risk management documents.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ
: 
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Technical Studies;
- Willingness to work on CIS projects;
- At least 2-3 years of experience in audit/ advisory functions or accounting/ finance related functions;
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting measures (EBITDA, Net debt, Net working capital);
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Attention to details;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask;
- Preparation for ACCA/ CFA qualification is an advantage.
