ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ :
Dexis is seeking a Grants Manager for the anticipated USAID Armenia Strategic Communications Support Activity. The Activity will support the Government of Armenia to strengthen its internal and external communications in order to improve public trust domestically and strengthen diverse relationships globally by adopting institutional structure and human capacity for strategic communication, employing systems and capacity for data-driven information management, and engaging in citizen-centered communications. The Grants Manager will be based in Yerevan, Armenia.The availability of the position is contingent upon award to Dexis Consulting Group. Selection of the final applicant is subject to USAID approval.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ :
- Provide overall management of the program’s grants programming, ensuring adherence to USG rules and compliance with USAID regulations and Dexis policies, both for in-kind and cash grants, to ensure the successful achievement of program goals and objectives;- Analyze grant budget estimates for allowability, allocability, reasonableness, and consistency;
- Oversee the grant lifecycle and support grantees, including monitoring grant implementation, closeout, and expenditures; training grantees; and ensuring that technical staff and grantees understand and adhere to grants requirements and relevant policies, procedures, and practices;
- Supervise and mentor grants staff;
- Review grantee selection to ensure they match program objectives and negotiate grant agreements;
- Record grant activity updates and documentation. Conduct pre-award risk assessment of potential grantees and monitor grant implementation post award;
- Ensure timely preparation of necessary documentation for grant evaluation and approvals;
- Lead daily updates on grants status;
- Identify issues that may arise during grant implementation in a timely manner and propose appropriate adjustments;
- Ensure that grants reports are prepared in compliance with USAID and Dexis’ requirements and are submitted on time and in the proper format;
- Provide technical assistance to program staff prior to and throughout grant implementation;
- Display creative problem-solving in addressing and resolving emerging program needs;
- Ensure compliance with USAID and Dexis rules and regulations.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ :
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant grants management experience with USAID or other USG funded programs with an advanced degree in a relevant subject;- At least two (2) years of supervisory experience for an internationally funded program, government, or civil society, preferably with USAID;
- Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced work environment;
- Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity;
- Displays creative problem solving in addressing and resolving emerging program needs;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Professional level of fluency in English and Armenian required.
