ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ
: 
Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Country Director for Armenia and the functional responsibility of the Head Office Lead Psychologist, the Mental Health Programme Coordinator will define, implement and coordinate all activities related to mental health in the project regions in accordance with DSF protocols in order to provide the most appropriate support to patients and the support of a team of approximately 8 psychologists.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ
: 
- Identify the mental health support needs of the population in the context of the mission and participate in the implementation of DSF's strategy in Armenia;
- Participate in the definition, planning, implementation and monitoring of projects and activities;
- Participate in the financial and logistical management of activities, in close collaboration with the Country Director and the Administrative Assistant;
- Identify and set up partnerships with appropriate local structures, ensuring excellent communication with local partners and institutions;
- Analyse and develop the technical material, tools, guidelines and documents required for mental health activities, in close collaboration with the Head Office Lead Psychologist, and helping to capitalise on these;
- Manage the team of psychologists and participate in close collaboration with the Country Director, in the associated processes (recruitment, training, evaluation, development and communication) of the staff;
- Contribute to the development of standard DSF care protocols in close collaboration with the Head Office Lead Psychologist and supervise their application by all professionals in the field;
- Organise trainings for DSF teams and partners and supervising them on a regular basis;
- Support the smooth organisation of missions by DSF health professionals from headquarters or external health professionals;
- Ensure that the mental health team complies with DSF's principles, as well as humanitarian and psychological ethics;
- Define and carry out advocacy actions jointly with the Country Director;
- Monito the existing mental health services;
- Make regular visits to the field to ensure that activities are being properly implemented;
- Ensure optimum feedback and communication with the Country Director and the Head Office Lead Psychologist.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ
: 
- Degree/ Master's in Psychology;
- Candidates with experience in the field of mental health and humanitarian psychosocial support are also invited to apply.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- At least 1 to 2 years' professional experience in the management, monitoring and evaluation of mental health projects;
- Native Armenian;
- Professional level English, spoken and written;
- Knowledge of the French language is highly appreciated;
- IT tools (Pack Office, e-mail, etc.)

DSF is a French international solidarity NGO working in the field of health, and more specifically in pain management and palliative care. The association's head office is at the Lariboisière hospital in Paris. Most of the association's directors are healthcare professionals.
Activities are carried out in 5 countries: Armenia, Cambodia, Haiti, Madagascar and Mozambique, in partnership with local organisations (hospitals, associations, universities, etc.). A network of specialised healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, psychologists, child psychiatrists, etc.) provide expertise in training and technical support for the various programmes.
