O&M Service is looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to join its team. The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth by leveraging their technical expertise to support the sales team, engage with customers, and ensure that our service products and solutions meet customer needs.

Product Knowledge:
First of all, as O&M Service sales engineer, you will maintain a deep understanding of O&M Service service offerings and specifications, including features, benefits, and applications, as well as stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate the value of its solutions.
Sales Support:
You will work closely with the sales team to provide technical support and guidance during the sales process and conduct service demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers. You may also be asked to assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
Customer Engagement:
This implies engagement with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their specific requirements. It will be very important to build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support. For that goal, you will address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Collaboration:
The sales engineer position implies continuous collaboration with the engineering and business development teams to relay customer feedback and influence product improvements. Thus, you will participate in cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role;
- Experience in buildings operation and maintenance field is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships;
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
