ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ
: 
Checchi and Company Consulting, an international development firm based in the United States, is implementing the USAID-funded Armenia Integrity Project (AIP). The purpose of the Integrity Project is to reduce opportunities for corruption and reinforce public demand for improved governance and accountability in Armenia by strengthening corruption prevention institutions and integrity systems, supporting the implementation of specific legal-regulatory measures for corruption prevention, and facilitating a collective action approach to hold local entities engaged in corruption prevention mutually accountable.
The AIP requires the services of an online media monitoring database/ platform to be able to monitor or have a sufficient toolset for the AIP staff to monitor and analyze media (print, broadcast, and online, including social) on corruption/anticorruption topics to assist AIP in evaluating its media coverage qualitatively and quantitatively, both in real time and retrospectively.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ
: 
The online database/platform should be able to provide AIP with the following functions/opportunities/access:
- To monitor, track and analyze (including a qualitative assessment of coverage) general news clippings on corruption/anticorruption topics (including social media of influential individuals and politicians) in Armenian, Russian, and English languages:
a) print coverage or equivalent online newspapers/magazines
b) broadcast
c) online outlets including those behind a paywall; all these should include major outlets (to be specified during the contract signing)
d) main social media channels including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- To monitor, track and analyze the performance of specific media materials released by AIP/with AIP support topics (including social media of influential individuals and politicians):
a) print coverage or equivalent online newspapers/magazines
b) broadcast
c) online outlets including those behind a paywall; all these should include major outlets (to be specified during the contract signing)
d) main social media channels including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ
: 
- Proven business experience of at least 3 years in media monitoring and reporting;
- Have a least 3 active clients and provide a list indicating description of services, contract duration and contact reference for at least 2;
- Monitoring software capacity for access through a desktop, laptop, iPad, and smartphone via an app;
- Media accreditation to press clipping and media monitoring organizations.
