ABOUT
:
Feminism in Action for Structural Transformation (FAST) is commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and was launched in Armenia in October 2023. The project is implemented by GIZ in four partner countries: Armenia, Colombia, Rwanda and Tunisia. FAST addresses interaction between governmental and civil-society stakeholders and promotes dialogue and knowledge about effective methods and good practices for applying feminist principles, especially gender-transformative, intersectional, inclusive and human-rights-based approaches that are innovative and evidence-based. The project assists in addressing the structural barriers to gender equality by promoting feminist approaches in processes and instruments at structural leverage points in the partner countries.
