JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Receive and organize the preliminary processing of documents;
- Implement the process of registration and account the outgoing documents;
- Provide advice to employees on ensuring document circulation;
- Set up and record board and credit committee meetings;
- Organize doc flow sent from courier service;
- Implement other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- University degree in Finance;
- At least one year of professional experience (experience in the financial field will be a plus);
- Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment;
- Initiative and sense of responsibility;
- Advanced communication skills;
- Good command of Russian and English languages.
