JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
Under the general supervision of the Resource Coordination Specialist, the incumbent is the junior member of the Public Affairs Section’s (PAS’s) grants team, providing support as needed for all Assistance, Cultural, Education grants in the areas of grant documents filing, grant solicitation preparation; grant review; and grants monitoring. The incumbent will assist PAS Grants Offer Representatives review and monitor interim and final financial and program reports submitted by PAS grantees to ensure compliance with A/OPE regulations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Two years college studies are required;
- FSN 05 - (Full performance) One year of administrative or program administration work experience;
- FSN 04 - (Trainee level) No experience is required;
- Level IV (Fluent) Armenian, (sp/read/write) is required (this may be tested);
- Level IV (Fluent) English, (sp/read/write) is required (this may be tested).
