ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ
: 
The Investment Promotion Manager (IPM) will play a key role in analyzing trade and investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and helping evaluate Objective 3 grant applicants, as well as contributing to the development and operation of Armenia Investment mobilization and Users platform (AIM UP).
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ

Armenia Investment Mobilization Platform (AIM UP):
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of trade and investment landscapes to identify viable opportunities that align with Economic Foundations objectives. This involves leveraging market research, industry trends, and economic data to inform strategic decision-making;
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, private sector, and finance providers, to gather data and insights on investment needs and challenges;
- Play an instrumental role in the development and enhancement of the AIM UP platform. This includes coordinating with technical experts, and ensuring the platform serves as an effective tool for investment mobilization and stakeholder engagement;
- Implement rigorous due diligence processes to assess the viability, risk, and potential of trade and investment opportunities within the framework of AIM UP. This includes evaluating grant applicants under Objective 3, ensuring alignment with project goals and criteria.
Investment Attraction and Promotion:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract domestic and foreign investments into Economic Foundations key targeted sectors. This entails creating promotional materials, organizing investment forums, and engaging with potential investors to showcase Armenia's investment potential;
- Foster partnerships and collaborations with trade and investment promotion organizations, chambers of commerce, and economic development agencies to enhance investment, as well as export opportunities and market access for Armenian enterprises;
- Collaborate closely with government bodies, industry associations, private sector entities, and international organizations to foster a investment-friendly business environment. This involves advocating for policy reforms, facilitating public-private dialogues, and building strategic partnerships;
- Keep abreast of global economic trends, investment flows, and policy changes that could impact Armenia's investment landscape. Use this knowledge to adapt strategies and provide informed advice to stakeholders.
Capacity Building:
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops for local stakeholders on investment promotion strategies, best practices, and tools to enhance their capabilities in attracting and retaining investments.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Collaborate with Monitoring and Evaluation Director to maintain a monitoring system to track the progress and impact of investment promotion activities;
- Prepare regular weekly and quarterly reports detailing achievements, challenges, and insights for continuous improvement;
- Perform other related duties.
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the Chief of Party.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ
: 
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field;
- Proven experience in investment promotion, economic development, or a similar role;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret economic data and market insights;
- Proven ability to provide training and capacity-building support to staff and partners;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in engaging diverse stakeholders;
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Knowledge of other languages is an asset;
- This role demands a proactive and strategic individual capable of navigating complex economic landscapes to drive investment and contribute to Armenia's long-term economic resilience.
