In digital communications, the section works to create compelling public-facing content, provide digital services and analytics in the office. Through multiple platforms and languages, the section draws attention to the many facets of UNICEF’s work, encouraging public support, participation and action, with an increased focus on fundraising, as well as ensuring transparency and accountability. Web stories, photo essays, Facebook Lives and posts, Instagram and Twitter activations, and videos for distribution via
www.unicef.org/Armenia in Armenian and English and
www.Babycef.am, YouTube, news media and other outlets and platforms are all a part of our digital storytelling.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ

Education requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communication, marketing, public relations or other relevant field;
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in relevant area.
- Digital communications, including update and management of web platforms and social media management from content development to marketing;
- Demonstrated ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of the digital communications plan, including SEO, advertising campaigns; creative, strategic and tactical messaging; testing analytics; and web content management;
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
- Knowledge and experience in web CMS platforms;
- Ability to use Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, and familiarity with other platforms such as Canva;
- Excellent oral and written skills in Armenian and English;
- Solid analytical skills with key performance metrics utilizing analytics and social listening tools
