Democracy International (DI) is seeking to hire a Program Manager, Inclusion to provide programmatic support for the multi-year USAID-funded Protection, Inclusion, and Empowerment Activity in Armenia. Based in Yerevan, Armenia, the project supports local officials, civil society leaders, private sector actors, and marginalized groups in addressing legislative gaps, enhancing collaboration among local stakeholders in policymaking and implementation, increasing resources, and strengthening their responsiveness to unforeseen events. This will be a full-time position based in Yerevan, Armenia. This position is only open to Armenian citizens.
The Program Manager will help lead inclusion programming (from a technical and management perspective). Under the guidance of the Inclusion Specialist, the program manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the project’s social inclusion interventions, plan priorities for the technical areas, and liaise with relevant partners and stakeholders. The position reports to the Inclusion Specialist
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ
: 
- The Program Manager will manage and support the implementation of program activities focused on inclusion;
- Spearhead trainings and activities, designing curricula, and providing operational support as needed;
- Develop and implement CSOs inclusion strategies and plans to promote a more inclusive and targeted engagement with targeted beneficiaries;
- Review and develop existing policies, procedures, and implementation plans related to social inclusion from government counterparts, the private sector, CSOs, and local partners;
- Manage engagement, support local partners and CSOs, and operationalize partner events, activities, and networks;
- Manage participation in collaborative activities among partners and stakeholders, and facilitate the exchange of information;
- Support the monitoring and evaluation team to collect data on indicators;
- May manage 1-2 staff members; and
- Contribute to reporting as needed.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ
: 
- Bachelor’s degree in political science, social administration, development or gender studies, business administration, management, or other relevant field; Master’s degree preferred;
- Minimum of six years of relevant experience, such as programmatic and/or technical experience, required;
- Experience with USAID programming preferred;
- Experience working with civil society and/or NGOs in Armenia;
- Experience working with Armenian government agencies desirable;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands, prioritize, and produce high-quality work under pressure;
- Commitment to accuracy in all tasks and attention to detail and follow-up is essential;
- Demonstrated experience of successful teamwork and excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Armenian citizenship required;
- Advanced English required;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools required.
