Evocabank is looking for an Online Customer Service Specialist. The ideal candidate has an eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations; strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team; high sense of responsibility; and excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages. Workplace: Head Office, Online Service Division.
- Proceed customer applications submitted through online systems;
- Implement transactions by fast money transfer systems;
- Implement other online services provided by the Bank;
- Reply to messages sent by clients via online systems;
- In case of any problems with the online systems contact the customer and quickly fix the issues;
- In case of suspicious transactions or rejected ones, contact the customer and provide details about the rejection.
- University degree in Economics or Finance;
- At least 1 year of professional experience in the field;
- Excellent command of Armenian banking legislation;
- Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel as well as AS-Bank 4.0 software programs;
- International qualifications will be a strong plus;
- Negotiation and conflict management skills;
- Excellent communication skills, literate speech;
- Advanced analytical skills;
- Customer-oriented approach;
- Ability and desire to learn quickly;
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
