ԴՐՈւՅՔ :
Full-timeԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ :
Varks.am is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Archivist.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ :
- Evaluate records for preservation and retention;- Manage information and records;
- Organize archives in an electronic and/ or paper form;
- Receive and enter incoming documentation into the archives;
- Advise on the ongoing organization and storage of material;
- Prepare reports on document circulation in the archives.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ :
- Higher education;- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar filed;
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and a logical approach to the work of identification and classification;
- Ability to review and understand an extensive and varied range of material;
- Knowledge of normative acts, regulations and instructions on archival business management;
- Knowledge of data protection;
- Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel and electronic document management systems;
- Advanced knowledge of English, Armenian and Russian languages;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Good communication skills.
