ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ

The HLA Assistant will support the HLA in its daily operations. HLA assistant will deal with:
- Information Management: Assist in managing the HLA's schedule, emails, contacts, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on various topics relevant to the HLA's work, analyze data, and prepare briefs or reports to aid decision-making.
- Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between the HLA and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Policy and Procedure Compliance: Ensure that the HLA complies with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Client Relationship Management: Support the HLA in managing client relationships, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and addressing client inquiries or concerns.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information and communications handled by the HLA
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ
: 
- HLA Assistant will play the role of personal assistant and language assistant;
- Act as liaison with project colleagues, partners, Contracting Authority, and beneficiaries on issues related to project activities;
- Assist the HLA with the development and implementation of the work plan and assists in the clarification of objectives and operational needs to facilitate activities implementation;
- Assist the HLA in settling, day-to-day issues, local legislation requirements such as VAT Exemption, etc.;
- Support HLA during registration before the Protocol Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Diplomatic Accreditation, liaised with the EUD;
- Provide support to the project KE3 and Strategic and General Communications JNKEs to set up the basis for the organization of all the HLA events (conferences, training, workshops, etc.) and to give instructions in time to the logistical team/subcontractors;
- Ensure a good quality presentation of all deliverables to the Beneficiary institution;
- Support the HLA to produce monthly and quarterly reports;
- Attend all the meetings as requested by the HLAs and take the minutes of the meetings;
- Inform GOPA PACE of any major event that may stop the project from moving further;
- Receive, screen, route correspondence, attach necessary background information and maintain a follow-up system for action and deadlines;
- Prepare necessary documents for meetings, and update tracking tools regularly, if requested;
- Assist in arranging programs for incoming and outgoing missions;
- Submit each end-of-the-month duly signed timesheet for approval of the Team Leader;
- Perform oral and written translations as requested (for formal and informal meetings, events, etc.).
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ
: 
- University Degree or professional experience of 5 years in the fields of trade diversification, and/or energy and/or economic development;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proven report writing skills;
- Computer literacy;
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English, Armenian and Russian;
- Flexible working approach and ability to plan and prioritise a continually changing schedule;
- High communication, presentation, and organisational skills;
- At least 600 working days of professional experience relevant to the position of HLA Assistant as described below; additional professional experience as an interpreter will be considered an asset;
- Working experience in international organisations/ projects;
- Knowledge of the EU policy framework in the above-mentioned field/s will be considered an asset

The Junior NKE will work under the direct supervision of the HLA and will cooperate closely with the project’s TL, Office Manager, Project Assistant, and backstopping Project Manager, as well as the CEPA facility C2 team in case of event organisation related to HLA services.
The JNKE HLA position can be extendable, depending on the HLA mission and its potential Contract extension.
