ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ

Armenian Branch of ME&A Inc. is looking for a Program Associate. The incumbent will serve under the general direction of the ASPIRED Project Chief of Party and Director of Finance and Administration.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ
: 
- Follow up and record leaves and presence sheets, leave days tracking;
- Review, register and maintain incoming and outgoing communications;
- Participate in Office Inventory registration;
- Participate in the meetings related to the Project’s program/ administrative issues and draft minutes of the meetings as assigned by DFA and or CoP;
- Assist in the organization of all events in and outside of the office by coordinating with staff to meet logistical requirements (venue booking, participation list preparation and registration of the participants, arrangement of catering services);
- Supervise the work of office interns for the Data component of the Project;
- Draft the invitation letters for the program related events;
- Assist the Project Communication’s Manager in coordination of the media participation in the events and conduct post-event media monitoring to check the media coverage of the events;
- Assist the Pilot Projects Coordinator in maintaining of the files for each pilot project;
- Assist Project’s Performance Manager in gathering the relevant documentations for the Monitoring and evaluation on implementation of the Project Components;
- Update the Project Master list for tracking the project performance indicators for reporting;
- Prepare drafts of the Project related announcements in newspapers and on internet including the announcements related to the recruitment and procurement;
- Gather and provide vendor quotes for program supplies;
- Organize purchase of office and other related supplies;
- Maintain administrative files for procurement, annual inventory, office communication both electronic and correspondence;
- Keep track of fuel distribution;
- Arrange travel and accommodations for visiting consultants, speakers, and other guests in relation to the Program.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ
: 
- Bachelor's degree;
- At least 3 years of work experience in an administrative role in a large office, desirably in an international organization;
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel;
- Polite telephone manner;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to work effectively within a team and individually;
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight time constraints;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, Armenian and Russian languages.

The Advanced Science and Partnerships for Integrated Resource Development (ASPIRED) Project funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) is a 5-year initiative (2015-2020) designed to support sustainable management of water resources in the Ararat Valley through the use of science, innovation and partnerships. The Project is implemented by the Armenian Branch of ME&A. Within the framework of the Project, the ASPIRED supports the Government of Armenia (GOA) in improving water sector legislation. Under this task, the Project will collaborate with the Ministry of Environment (ME) of Armenia in implementing priority measures for effective management of water resources in the Ararat Basin Management Areas of Armenia, as stipulated in the Government Decision N: 338-N, dated March 31, 2016 on approving the 2016-2021 Management Plan and Priority Measures towards effective management of the Ararat Basin Management Area.
