JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
Inecobank is looking for a Branch Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Perform and develop the Branch work program based on the benchmarks approved by the Bank;
- Ensure Branch plans implementation, quality of service and cross-selling;
- Organize Branch activities, allocate and oversee staff responsibilities;
- Participate in loan approval process.
Branch development functions:
- Research activities of current and potential customers of the Branch to ensure sales volumes;
- Attract new customers, negotiate with existing and potential customers;
- Initiate activities to deepen cooperation with current customers and increase banking products sales volumes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Higher education in Economics or Finance;
- At least 3 years of work experience, from which at least 1 year in the field of sales;
- Knowledge of:
a) Banking;
b) Тax and banking legislation of RA.
- Leadership skills;
- Coordination skills ;
- Negotiation and collaboration skills;
- Result-orientation;
- Logical thinking and problem solving skills;
- Analytical and creative thinking;
- Coaching and mentoring skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages; good knowledge of Russian language;
- Good command of MS Office.
