JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
Byblos Bank Armenia is looking for a Cards Operations Officer. The incumbent will execute, control and monitor operations related to cards, ATMs and POS terminals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Handle and process queries and applications from branches related to cards/ ATMs/ POS terminals;
- Process exchange and reconcile transactions with ArCa on AS Bank;
- Identify, report and investigate suspicious transactions over cards and terminals;
- Execute and monitor local and international chargeback processes;
- Responsible for registration and monitoring of POS terminals and ATMs in the system;
- Coordinate ATM and POS terminal maintenance with vendors;
- Handle issues with Processing Center and other counterparts;
- Prepare related reports;
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics or other related fields;
- At least 2 years of experience in banking, preferably in cards;
- Fluency in written and spoken English language;
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, AS Bank and SmartVista.
