JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
GOPA PACE is looking for an Office Manager within EU Project Support to CEPA monitoring, implementation, and communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
Under the direct supervision of the Team Leader and the Project Manager, the office manager will be responsible for the following:
- Assist in Office management – taking care of incoming and outgoing mail administration; petty cash administration; office supplies procurement and other duties related to office maintenance; organizational, administrative and project support tasks (assisting the day-to-day implementation of the project; office management and general work such as answering phone calls, filing, photocopying, etc.);
- Maintain records, documents, and work plans for the monitoring of the project implementation; verify and file personnel timesheets, organize data and information for easy follow-up;
- Carry out translation and interpretation tasks from and to English;
- Active participation in the preparation and editing of reports and any other relevant project documents;
- Participation in the organization of conferences, training events, meetings, and other visits; maintaining close working relationships and dialogue with Armenian counterparts;
- Organization of meetings in cooperation with Beneficiary Country partners, preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes;
- Assist in project monitoring, check financial reports, follow up on activities, and monitor advance balances of resources disbursed. Verify availability of funds for particular project activities; ensures accuracy of supporting documents;
- Organize the logistics of the technical assistance activities to support short-term experts´ missions in Armenia;
- Assist in the preparation of relevant procurement procedures for services; assist in preparing bidding papers by PRAG requirements, advocacy, and public relations activities;
- Arrangement of travel, booking accommodation and organisation of study visits;
- Conduct any other duty as requested by the Team Leader and/ or Project Manager.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- University/ college degree;
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English, Armenian and Russian languages;
- Proficiency in Windows applications;
- At least 4 years of similar experience;
- Ability to work in a team, excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Flexible and service-minded;
- Experience with interpretation and translation;
- Experience in EU-funded and or other donors' projects is a serious asset.
