JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
The Project Assistant will be responsible for the databases management of UNHCR "Refugee Protection and Integration" project and perform as beneficiaries' reception responsible person. The Project Assistant will work closely with ARCS and UNHCR relevant staff and partner organizations to ensure productive collaboration and successful implementation of the project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Run the existing and other possible registration databases of beneficiaries in a professional manner;
- Responsible for reception, registration, and initial interviews with beneficiaries;
- Participate in application development;
- Receive applications, including online, conduct registration and initial needs assessment;
- Provide comprehensive and professional response to beneficiaries queries, requests and visits;
- Manage the written and verbal complaints;
- Prepare relevant reports and provide statistical data per request;
- Implement other administrative and related tasks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Higher education in Social Work, Social Sciences and/ or other related fields;
- Self-motivated person, comfortable working independently;
- Good knowledge of database management, particularly Excel, Access and other related formats, including online;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills is a must;
- Ability to work in a team environment is a must;
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Knowledge of RA law on protection of personal data;
- Ability to work confidentially;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent writing and advanced presentation skills in English and Armenian languages.
