JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
As a Sales Team Lead in Pharm Etalon Plus pharmaceutical company, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing our medical representative’s team and developing strong relationships with key customers: doctors and pharmacists. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding the Company's team to effectively promote the products, foster brand loyalty, and achieve sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Lead and manage a team of medical representatives providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure their success in meeting sales objectives;
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor product offerings and promotional strategies accordingly;
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize market share within assigned territories;
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse trends, and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize sales effectiveness;
- Provide guidance and support to the MedReps team to ensure that all promotional activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory standards.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs;
- Analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Leadership development;
- Relationship building;
- Team working skills;
- An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns;
- Experience in an international company is a plus;
- Fluent knowledge of English is a plus.
