ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ
: 
Yerevan My Love Foundation is looking for an Administrative / Program Assistant. The incumbent will work under the direct supervision of the CEO. The position requires a full-time commitment with an estimated 40 hours per week workload. Remuneration/ salary will be based on prior experience and competency of the incumbent.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ
: 
Under the direct supervision of the CEO the incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Draft, translate and support in designing of promotional and visibility materials in a timely fashion;
- Perform a wide array of administrative tasks, including checking corporate emails, answering phone calls, drafting correspondence;
- Perform a variety of office tasks, including meeting arrangements, documentation, and filing, procurement of necessary supplies;
- Support and organize meetings and general events;
- Work closely with the team of Yerevan My Love Foundation and act as a liaison between different projects implemented by the Foundation.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ
: 
- Bachelor's degree and above majored in either Administration, Foreign Languages or Economics;
- At least 1 year of working experience; previous working experience at national or international projects is a plus;
- Demonstrated credibility with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of organization;
- Demonstrated knowledge and competence in administrative and clerical work;
- Excellent command in Armenian and English languages;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Good translation (verbal and written) skills.
Desired qualification:
- Good planning and report/minutes/memo writing skills is a plus;
- Ability to carry out the work in an organized manner;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Competent level skills in core IT applications, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills;
- Motivated, creative, intuitive and attentive to details,
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal with different age groups and society layers;
- Ability to behave ethically and practice according to the code of conduct;
- Demonstrated good problem-solving and decision-making skills and the ability to cope with challenging situations.
