ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ
: 
Republica Hotel is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and manage all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customers relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ
: 
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of Hotel facilities, features and services;
- Organize proactive meetings with existing and potential travel agencies, tour operators and corporate clients. Hold side inspection to costumers and introduce Hotel with professional approach;
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with the established customers and partners as well as constantly explore new business opportunities;
- Liaise and work closely with the related operation departments ensuring guest's requests and expectations are being met;
- Achieve the monthly and annual personal target contributing to the sales revenue;
- Constantly monitor and evaluate local, national and international market trends, and the competitor hotels' sales initiatives.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ
: 
- Higher education;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Strong understanding of sales process and objectives;
- Decision maker; well organized, result oriented and responsible person;
- Self-motivated person with an ability to meet the goals assigned;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages, both in written and verbal.
