MSF teams support mental health services provided in public health facilities through four outlets by conducting training, case management, and monitoring through MoH psychologists under remuneration and incentives. The aim is to strengthen the technical capacity of the local psychologists, health workers, and social workers and improve access to mental health services.
Main Purpose: The Social Media Officer, in collaboration with the Medical Coordinator and MSF Mental Health (MH) team, will be responsible for developing and implementing a social media platform that promotes mental Health and wellness to our target audience
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ
: 
- Develop and implement an MSF Social media platform that promotes mental health and wellness to the MSF's target audience;
- Collaborate with the MSF MH team to ensure the platform creates and provides accurate and helpful mental health awareness and prevention information encouraging users' engagement;
- In collaboration with the MH team, create features that promote positive mental health practices, such as short videos;
- Provide resources and support for channel users, such as guidance to access MSF mental health hotline;
- Participate in communication data collection and reporting as required;
- Work with the MH team to address user inquiries and concerns on the platform;
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the platform's effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed;
- Develop relationships with influencers and other partners to expand the MSF MH platform reach and promote the channel;
- Monitor for mentions of MSF on social media and report to supervisors on problematic MSF mentions on social media;
- Stay up to date with the social media best practices to ensure the MSF platform remains relevant.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ
: 
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Media Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or certificate in a relevant field;
- Candidates without a University of College education may be considered if they possess significant additional experience (5-plus years) in social media management, monitoring and content production.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in social media management and community building;
- Experience in basic social media content production and messaging;
- Experience in social media monitoring and reporting;
Languages:
- Armenian (mother tongue); excellent command of the English language; knowledge of the Russian language is an asset.
Knowledge:
- Excellent writing skills thorough knowledge of traditional media and a good understanding of social media;
- Good networking and media relations skills; essential computer literacy (Word, Excel and Internet);
- Knowledge of Mental Health promotion platform would be an asset;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
