This page will help you make your announcement complete and useful as it includes information on how to post announcements, the rules involved, etc.
1. HOW CAN ORGANIZATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS POST ANNOUNCEMENTS?
Simply click on "Post an Announcement" link, select and fill out the relevant announcement and submit it for approval. If you want to be able to log in with your username and password into www.careercenter.am website (only for registered organizations) and take advantage of subscriber's benefits, please send us a letter of interest with your company background and contact information to: email@example.com with a subject "Subscription Inquiry" and we will contact you for further instructions.
2. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO DISSEMINATE ANNOUNCEMENTS THROUGH CAREERCENTER.AM NETWORK?
We do not require any payments for the first non-privileged announcement of NGOs registered in Armenia. Those NGOs who want to post 2 or more announcements should become a Subscriber. All other type of organizations, including those, who wish to include a website link in their announcements as well as individuals looking for specialists are not allowed to post free of charge announcements and they should pay for starting the first announcement. Organizations involved in Casino, Lottery drawing, Tobacco, Alcohol, Drugs, Oil/ Gas production, sales or distribution, as well as those who want to include information of advertizing character, promoting their organization or its services/ brands should pay a fee of a Privileged Announcement (fees can be found in Option 3 of Pricing section) even if it's their first announcement. Announcements which result on participant's payment in any amount or at any point are also considered privileged. If one organization disseminates announcements for another one, that announcement is considered privileged. News and Non-educational Competitions are considered privileged.
3. RULES FOR ANNOUNCING ORGANIZATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS!
There are a few basic rules that we ask announcing organizations and institutions to follow. Announcements are accepted and disseminated through careercenter.am network, if those are in compliance with the following basic conditions:
Condition # 1. The announcement is widely open - meaning people from Armenia and various countries may apply and compete for it. This is because careercenter.am members are from different countries. In case an announcement is for a certain nationality only or has specific restrictions, we also accept it, but the announcement itself should have a clear statement on that.
Condition # 2. The announcement should be filled out and submitted through relevant online forms found under the "Post an Announcement" button. All typed information should be in regular writing (i.e. the organization name or any other field contents in the announcement SHOULD NOT be in capital letters, unless it's an abbreviation that is written so). A separate form should be filled out for each particular announcement/ position. No other announcement links can be provided from within a single announcement. The announcement should be complete and no part of it should be located in another location rather than the www.careercenter.am website unless there are separate large attachments (information not directly related to the announcement, applications forms, etc.) which can be easily downloaded from a another location and the announcement includes a direct link to those.
Condition # 3. Besides your announcement, you should provide us with the name of your organization, full name or responsible person, position and contact information (including e-mail address and a land phone) for our reference. As requested at the end of the announcement, that information is for careercenter internal use only, so if you want it to be included in your announcement, you should put it into the relevant fields of the announcement. When you select the relevant announcement by following the "Post an Announcement" button, you will see all the necessary fields that should (/are required) to be filled out.
After you submit your announcement, our Moderators/ Editors review those on daily basis, examining each of those to make sure that they comply with above conditions.

4. IS THERE A WEB ARCHIVE OF OLD MESSAGES?

5. IS MY INFORMATION SAFE?
Because your privacy is important to us, careercenter.am adheres to strict confidentiality of information. We do not sell or divulge your personal or company information to third parties. The information is kept in a secure database within our archives. Only the Moderators of careercenter.am have access to that database.
6. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ANNOUNCEMENT TO GET POSTED?
It normally takes up to one working day for an announcement to appear on the website and get distributed through the distribution network.
7. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM DEADLINE FOR AN ANNOUNCEMENT?
You are free to mention the desired deadline within one month as maximum opening duration. We recommend you to always put an exact deadline instead of open or rolling deadlines, in order to reach maximum effectiveness. In case you choose to disseminate your announcement with an open or rolling deadline you should later send an additional message (re-post) about its actual expiration or application closing date. So announcements without a mentioned deadline will remain in the website for two weeks only. You can always re-announce the announcement if necessary.
8. WHAT KIND OF ANNOUNCEMENTS MAY NOT BE POSTED?
We reserve the right not to post (or partially post) announcements, which
1) Have any kind of discrimination (e.g. age, sex, nationality, etc).
2) Are entered under wrong category.
3) Do not contain complete information necessary for users (e.g. organization name, duties, etc).
4) Announcements that have MLM or spam character.
5) Announcements that have too short deadline. Deadlines should not be less than 3 days.
6) We consider not relevant to the subject of this website. Especially announcements that are primarily company or services advertising oriented or have the purpose of gaining income rather than offering the users with real career opportunities. Please note that organizations which are reported to be refusing employment in a discriminating manner may not be allowed to continue disseminating their announcements through this website.
9. WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION SHOULD ANNOUNCEMENTS INCLUDE?
You should include complete information regarding any particular announcement, including any attachments or application forms, so that users don't have to go through other websites to get another part of information related to that announcement.
If you want to include the website link and/or logo of your organization in an announcement, as well as get other benefits, you should consider becoming a subscriber.
10. HOW TO REGISTER IN CAREER CENTER OR POST ANNOUNCEMENTS?
In general the services of our website remain FREE OF CHARGE mainly for visitors, in particular:

CareerCenter makes any effort to advise its users on presenting the available information in the most useful and accurate manner, nevertheless we don't carry any liability for the contents of materials provided by respective organizations.
13. COPYRIGHT AND RULES FOR FURTHER DISSEMINATION OF ANNOUNCEMENTS?
Once organizations submit their announcements to CareerCenter and we approve it for dissemination through our network respective organizations hereby agree that CareerCenter can handle it due to its rules.
In order to ensure the effectiveness of dissemination, avoid duplicate or missing applications and keep CareerCenter and respective organizations away from inappropriate handling of announcements, infringements, fraud or misrepresentations IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO COPY OR FURTHER DISSEMINATE ANY OF THE INFORMATION FROM www.careercenter.am WEBSITE TO ANY OTHER PUBLIC SOURCE(S), (especially with the same exact modifications as it appears in the www.careercenter.am website) without prior written consent from CareerCenter (except for the respective organization's own or their pre-approved partners' website(s)). And if such (other) sources do exist, then the relevant announcement(s) must clearly state those.
