JOB DESCRIPTION :
VFS Global is looking for an Operations Officer to carry out administrative and non-judgmental tasks for visa application procedure.RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Carry out all operations concerning documents acceptance;- Check the documents in accordance with the specific requirements of the Embassy;
- Attentively listen and understand all the queries for satisfying the needs of the applicants;
- Handle any customer complaints and provide a rapid solution;
- Provide a range of services to customers;
- Fulfill other job-related duties.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Similar work experience is an advantage;- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word;
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages, both oral and written;
- Ability to work in a group;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Detail-oriented personality;
- High sense of responsibility and ethics.
