Full time, 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday

ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ : 

The Engineer-Technologist participates in the development and implementation of technological processes, the selection of equipment and tooling, the improvement of technological operations, the revision and adjustment of product design, the preparation of documents for international certification, the preparation and testing of test samples, and the implementation of the quality assurance program.
A successful candidate would be an interested in modern high technology and a self-organized person who likes to learn, solve problems and contribute to the development of the team.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ : 

- Mastery of the production technology, the principles and features of ensuring the operability and functionality of manufactured devices;
- Analyse the impact of various factors on product quality and production productivity;
- Identifiy shortcomings of technological processes and technical saturation, formation of proposals for their improvement and enhancement;
- Identify deficiencies in technological processes and technical equipment, and formulate proposals for their enhancement and improvement;
- Seek and recommend opportunities to acquire advanced equipment and upgrade existing equipment;
- Develop technological processes and equipment/ tooling for the production of new products and propose improvements to existing ones;
- Analyse the causes of typical product failures and generate recommendations for their design improvement;
- Generate quality assurance program optimization recommendations;
- Manage the preparation of test samples of new products, organization of their testing, analysis of results and preparation of protocols;
- Conduct an engineering search for opportunities to increase productivity;
- Participate in research work on the study of new technologies.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ : 

- Higher technical engineering education;
- Knowledge of materials science fundamentals, metalworking, tooling, welding, assembly processes, tolerances and fits, electrical engineering fundamentals, and standardization systems;
- Work experience in device manufacturing is desirable;
- Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks), and languages will be an advantage.
