ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ
: 
Fund for Armenian Relief, Armenian Branch is looking for a Finance and Administrative Assistant to join its team.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ
: 
- Make bank transfers, download and print payment orders, file and arrange them in appropriate folders;
- Regularly follow up the contracts' due dates, submit information about overdue reports and inform the Management;
- Keep proper filing of financial documents;
- Archive the finance documentation;
- Take part in the inventory and warehouse management;
- Provide assistance in the Organization's financial audit process;
- Check the reports submitted by the beneficiary organizations;
- If necessary, prepare acceptance-handover acts of goods to be distributed to the beneficiaries, regularly check the presence of all necessary acceptance-handover acts attached to the relevant invoices;
- Perform other finance and administrative job-related duties delegated by the immediate manager.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ
: 
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience;
- Good knowledge of English language;
- Excellent knowledge of computer programs, particularly MS Excel;
- Multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
