JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The Business Development Department of ArmSwissBank CJSC needs a Sales Manager for Banking Products.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Organize the sale of products offered by the bank and attracting new corporate clients in a single and/ or team way;
- Responsible for development and improvement of target criteria for organizing sales of products offered by the bank and attracting customers, collecting and updating of customer database in accordance with the developed criteria;
- Responsible for submission of products offered by the bank to customers through meetings and telecommunication, presentations and in other format;
- Organize meetings with current and potential corporate clients, including meetings of clients with specialists of the services they are interested in;
- Responsible for assessment of current clients’ satisfaction regarding the products offered by the bank, as well as discovery of the real needs of current and potential clients and preparation of proposals;
- Responsible for periodic market analysis, identification of problems related to the sale of services offered by the bank, and submission of proposals on ways to solve them, proposals for the development of products as well as for development and implementation of new products offered by the bank;
- Carry out work to develop and implement mechanisms for optimizing the processes operating in the bank, as well as carry out work to identify the unrealized potential among employees and corporate clients;
- Perform the function of monitoring and control over the timing of consideration of loan applications, as well as the implementation of agreements reached with customers. Conduct surveys for services and quality of service and meetings with current customers;
- Implement the function of introducing innovative solutions;
- Coordinate sales functions in the bank, including attracting new corporate clients, carrying out cross-selling of products;
- Develop and implement a strategy aimed at increasing the bank's awareness and sales development, including organizing the Bank's participation in various events;
- Enter information resulting from its functions into the Bank's CRM system;
- Implement a monitoring of usage of the CRM system and measures aimed at modernization the latter;
- Organize the implementation of works on markets' analysis and the assessment of market risks;
- Organize works on the development and introduction of new types of products.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education;
- Work experience in banking/ finance is desirable;
- High level of responsibility;
- Ability to quickly perceive the material and to develop;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian, English languages;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office software package;
- Knowledge of the ArmSoftBank program is desirable.
