ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ
: 
Capital Motors, the official representative of Kia in Armenia, is looking for a capable Sales Executive to join its team. The ideal candidate is a professional experienced in sales and with a passion for business growth, with very strong interpersonal skills and a high sense of responsibility.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ
: 
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual research reports on market need, together with the Business Development Manager;
- Research and analyze the competition and propose improvement plans, together with the Business Development Manager;
- Provide input into the ordering process and ensure that the ordered vehicles are compatible to the market need;
- Deliver the vehicle to the customer, as needed;
- Provide insurance and official registration services to the customers, as needed;
- Handle the regular maintenance of all vehicles (at the showroom and the depot);
- Manage the setup of the showroom displays;
- Welcome customers at the showroom and provide showroom consultation to assist them in finding their ideal cars either through purchasing new vehicles, trading in their vehicle or purchasing second-hand vehicles;
- Generate and maintain active communication with existing and potential customers;
Cultivate existing customers by maintaining a good rapport with them for upselling and suggesting trade-ins;
- Demonstrate vehicle features and takes customers on test drives;
- Ensure that showroom visitors have a positive experience and become an advocate of the Kia brand;
- Explain warranties and services to customers and potential customers;
- Close sales by overcoming objections and negotiating prices;
- Complete sales contracts and other paperwork;
- Prepare purchased vehicles to hand them to the customers;
- Conduct all the necessary paperwork for sales and bank loans, in case of car loans;
- Look for new opportunities to improve Kia Armenia sales, together with the Business Development Manager;
- Create and implement successful sales outreach strategies to approach potential clients, together with the Business Development Manager;
- Create client databases and update them regularly, together with the Business Development Manager;
- Create and maintain the sales inventory, recording sales and customer relations on the CRM system;
- Generate ideas of sales campaigns and collaborate with the BD Manager towards implementing them;
- Collaborate with the BD Manager in terms of providing insights to better position the Kia brand in the country and for successful marketing projects/campaigns and share relevant insights, etc.;
- Collaborate effectively with other Kia Armenia Sales Executives, share expertise and information;
- Act as the brand ambassador for the Kia brand;
- Handle all other aspects of sales processes and procedures.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ
: 
- At least 3 years of experience in sales;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills both with the customers, as well as members of the Sales team members and the larger Kia Armenia team;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Good understanding of laws and the legal aspects regarding car dealerships;
- Very good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office and G Workspace;
- Ability to stay current with automotive industries trends and technologies in general and with Kia technologies, in particular;
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks to meet the sales targets needs of the Kia Armenia;
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
